Event Story – You're my only Christmas, ch.5
Sun, Nov. 30th, 2025 09:11 pmNico: The amount of food I make isn't really a good example for a normal family.
Bianchi: You... do have a point.
Jude: Your food intake is insane.
Nico: Insane is the last word I want to hear from you.
Sage: I think we just need to bring out that home-cooked flavor.
Nico: If that's the case, then there's no problem.
Sage: So, what should I do? Should I find a suitable venue?
Nico: ......
Bianchi: ? Anything bothering you?
Sage: N- No, I just thought I might not look good since I've never wore one before.
Bianchi: That's true. In our first year, Robin was Santa and we were his reindeers.
Nico: Everyone wore a nose of their favorite color.
Jude: I still remember it. Wearing matching reindeer costumes with Bianchi was one of my best memories.
The fact that it was his reindeer costume was a bit annoying, though.
Bianchi: That's exactly why.
Nico: I think you would look great as Santa?
Sage: ... Really? I'm not so sure about that.
Bianchi: I think you'll look lovely? Like a rookie Santa Claus.
Jude: And let's not forget, Bianchi is the one making the costume. It has to look good on you.
Sage: If you say so, I’ll think about it.
Nico: Yeah, do that.
Bianchi: Now that the responsibilities have been sorted out, it's time to get everything ready.
Sage: Alright!
Nico: Got it.
Jude: Nico, can you help me out a bit?
Nico: ... I’d rather not.
Jude: Why not?
Nico: I have a pretty good idea of what you want me to do.
Jude: Well, that makes it easier. Just come pick me up at the place I tell you.
Nico: Ugh, I knew it...
Jude: I'll treat you to a meal worthy of the work. I'll let you eat as much meat or fish as you want.
Nico: In that case...
ー The next day.

Nico: This is the approximate location Jude sent.
This sound, don't tell me...
Jude: Alright.
Nico: Thought so…

Jude: Is that you, Nico? You showed up at just the right time.
Nico: ......
Jude: What's up? Are you hungry or something?
Nico: No. I’ve had my fill already.
Jude: What’s the issue then?
Nico: The view is crazy.
Jude: The view?
Nico: You're scarier than usual when you're carrying a chainsaw.
Jude: I’m jealous that just me holding a chainsaw can make you feel scared.
Come on, get the trees and me out of here, hurry.
Nico: Huh? What about your bag and stuff?
Jude: There’s nothing here. Just this.
Nico: ... So, how did you even bring the chainsaw all the way here?
Jude: What do you think? I just carried it, obviously.
Nico: Huh...

Sage: Hehe, looks like Nico is officially in charge of cooking now.
Jude: In that case, I'll take care of the Christmas tree. I just need to get a fir tree, right?
Bianchi: Yeah, that's your specialty, so I’ll be counting on you for that.
Jude: Haha, you can count on me. I'll get the most amazing fir tree ready to match your faith in me.
Sage: So, what should I do? Should I find a suitable venue?
Bianchi: Can I ask you to help with Santa, dear?
Sage: Huh, me?
Bianchi: Sure, you could totally be Santa if you want? I can make a costume for you super quickly.
Sage: Me as Santa Claus, huh...
Nico: ......
Bianchi: ? Anything bothering you?
Sage: N- No, I just thought I might not look good since I've never wore one before.
I didn't dress up as Santa Claus during Christmas League either, remember?
Bianchi: That's true. In our first year, Robin was Santa and we were his reindeers.
Nico: Everyone wore a nose of their favorite color.
Jude: I still remember it. Wearing matching reindeer costumes with Bianchi was one of my best memories.
The fact that it was his reindeer costume was a bit annoying, though.
Bianchi: I dressed you as Santa at first, but then who was it that scared the kids to tears at our last event?
Jude: I had no idea. I was just trying to give them a thrill.
Bianchi: That's exactly why.
Nico: I think you would look great as Santa?
Sage: ... Really? I'm not so sure about that.
Bianchi: I think you'll look lovely? Like a rookie Santa Claus.

I just finished cutting down some outstanding trees. There are 3 of them, so help me carry them.
Nico: ......
Jude: What's up? Are you hungry or something?
Nico: No. I’ve had my fill already.

You didn’t bring me here, so I took a taxi.
Nico: Huh...
