※The conversation between Robin and Brad happens in the past.

Robin: I see Marion-kun went all out again this time.
Our Jude didn't fall behind either, he made quite the scene too.

Brad: Quite literally.

Robin: Haha, right.

Brad: But it seems that South is starting to find its rhythm as a team.

Robin: Little by little, yes. I was particularly worried about Jude, but he's adapting to the team better than I expected.
Well, he still refuses to follow any instructions except for Bianchi's.

Brad: Looks like there are quite a few issues to tackle.

Robin: Indeed, but I'm taking my time to sort things out without rushing.
Your team had their formation ready right from the start, right?

Brad: That's right. But it was still thrown off by Marion's stand-alone act.

Robin: It was really something to see how he turned things around by himself in the latter half, though.

Brad: I can't bring myself to praise that. While I do recognize his skills, if he continues with this solo act, he could easily find himself in trouble.

Robin: ... I suppose that's because he's one-of-a-kind.
HELIOS' prodigy, who aced the tryouts at a record young age and is incredibly skilled at handling his ability.

Brad: Right, I hear people saying that he was destined to become a hero.

Robin: Honestly, the way he manages to get under the skin of the brilliant Brad-kun is really impressive.

Brad: I suppose it's a recurring theme. I too was a novice who caused Jay a lot of trouble.
Looking ahead, I know there will be rookies who will continue to make things difficult for me. This implies that down the line, there will be rookies who will also put Marion to the test.

Robin: Fufu, what an amazing cycle that is. But...
Maybe we could refer to it as a growth cycle.
Do you think it will really happen? Want me to do a tarot reading for you?
Brad: No, I'll pass on that. Right now, I have to face the reality I'm dealing with instead of thinking about a vague future.

Robin: You have a point there.
He still hasn't been assigned to a team for the Rookie camp, has he?

Brad: Yes, we didn't reach a decision in the last meeting either.

Robin: What about team B that I'm responsible for?

Brad: The defense-oriented team?

Robin: Yes, I'm more than willing to look after him if you need me to.
While he doesn't specialize in defense, the primary objective of the Rookie camp is to deepen relationships with teammates.
My rookie was really eager to become friends with Marion-kun, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity.

Brad: Sage?

Robin: Ahaha, you get it.

Brad: I am familiar with your mentee.

Robin: What do you think? I might not be the best option, but...

Brad: No, that's not the case. This is an offer like no other.
If this chance helps him build relationships with his peers, that would be fantastic.

Robin:
It might take some time, but I'm sure he'll warm up to them.

Brad: Here’s to hoping it works out.

Brad: ... After discussing various matters, Marion was assigned to team B due to the overlap in the number of participants.

Sage: Ah, I get it, that explains a lot.
It's incredible that Marion-kun's skills are so recognized that he can belong to any team.

Marion: Come on, we don't need to hear those old stories anymore.
I'll handle my responsibilities. You take care of yours.

Brad: ... Sure, I'll do just that.
You both, approach this with care.

Sage: Yes, sir ♪

Marion: Who he's directing that at?

Sage: Hehe, he's still got his mentee on his mind, even though he's not your mentor anymore.

Marion: ... That's just annoying.
More importantly, let's get back to training!

Sage: Yes!

Marion: Hurry up and use overflow. And you better last longer this time! The second you think you can't hold on any further, just keep in mind that the whip is coming at you!

Sage: O- Okay...!
