The Reason for Training – Yuutarou Aizawa Love Drama, ch. 1-2
Sat, Jan. 5th, 2019 10:14 pmI push the soundproof door and go inside.
Yuutarou: I see... Can I walk around for a bit?
Madoka: Sure, no worries.
While taking a step forward, Aizawa-san reaches the center of the floor. As soon as he stops, to confirm the sensation he touched the floor with his heels and the tips of the toes.
In addition, on his knees, he places the palm on the floor. That expression was absolutely serious.
Madoka: (Amazing... It's like watching a ceremony.)
Yuutarou: ... Thank you. Azawa-san returned to my side.
It's really nice. As expected from Yumeiro Company lesson room. How wonderful.
Madoka: Really? I'm happy to hear that.
Yuutarou: I have to ascertain the condition of the floor when doing actions. If by chance, you slip or on the contrary, you don't slide smoothly you could get injured.
Madoka: Is that so? I see.
Yuutarou: Especially this time, since the steps are an essential part for the actions I promised to teach him, I had to take a look at it more carefully than usual.
Madoka: Ooh… What kid of actions?
Yuutarou: Hero actions. Like those in shows for children at the amusement park.
Madoka: For children?
Noticing my dubious expression, Yuutarou-san said:
Yuutarou: Don’t tell me, Madoka-san you didn’t hear? To tell you the truth, the reason we’re training this time...
Aizawa-san explained the circumstances.
Looks like the owner of the apartment building in which Subaru-kun is living is the president of an amateur theatrical company and that they usually perform around the hospital and orphanages...
Yuutarou: But because of the relatively higher number of elderly spectators, up until now they performed for those people. That troupe went for an innovative approach: they rented the event space and set up a play for the children of the area. It’s for children, so it became a hero play. However, as expected, none has experience.
Madoka: Well… that’s understandable.
Yuutarou: The owner consulted with Subaru-kun. He seemed to want to help somehow. So, he contacted me.
Madoka: In other words, the things Aizawa-san is teaching him, but Subaru-kun will show them to the troupe?
Yuutarou: Yes, that’s right. Of course it’s not something easy, but I thought I couldn’t disregard Subaru-kun.. Somehow, he consulted Asahina-san secretly. He seems to have said that it’s fine as long as names don’t come out.
Madoka: I see… Purely as an observer.
Yuutarou: I think that’s a reasonable decision. Considering the current popularity of Yumeiro Company, if the main cast is involved an advertised it might create a public sensation.
Madoka: That’s right…
Yuutarou: However, if it is for such a thing, I also thought I wanted to do what I could. So I decided to teach him actions that are relatively easy to do and appealing.
Madoka: I see…
Madoka: (Subaru-kun was doing such a thing. Even though he has also practice with our troupe, he’s working even harder for the locals. How splendid.
But, he’s never done actions for children, much less teaching other people… how difficult would that be? No matter how much Aizawa-san shows him, will Subaru-kun be able to pull it off…?)
And so, I asked:
Madoka: Hmm, Aizawa-san, specifically, what kind of things are you going to do?
Yuutarou: I’m planning to do a situation in which the hero protects the heroine. Whatever one might say, it’s the easiest. However, since it’s for children, we can’t do it too much violently. So, I decided not to have a head-on defeat, but to act as a defender. Meaning, to make understand the opponent that his attacks won’t work and to make him give up.
Madoka: I see… That way, it might be good even for kids.
Yuutarou: But, simply protecting seems plain. There...
It was that time that...
Subaru: I’m late!
As the door opened, Subaru-kun appeared.
Madoka: Ah, Subaru-kun.
Yuutarou: Howdy, Subaru-kun.
Subaru: I’m sorry, Yuutarou-san!
Subaru-kun came running toward us and bowed to Yuutarou-san.
Subaru: Even though I asked you here I made you wait; I’m really sorry!
Yuutarou: It’s okay, don’t sweat over it. Moreover, Madoka-san let me take a look inside here. It’s been a very meaningful waiting time.
Subaru: Madoka-san, even though you had work… Sorry!
Madoka: It’s okay. I’m also glad I got to talk with Aizawa-san. However, it’s time for me to go. I need to prepare the materials.
Subaru: Yeah. And, thank you very much, Madoka!
Yuutarou: You’ve been a great help, Madoka-san.
Madoka: There’s no need… Well then, excuse me.
I left the lesson room. Once out in the corridor, when I looked back as I was closing the door, already in the centre of the floor Aizawa-san and Subaru-kun started moving.
