We have a clear idea of who this cat is, Ren: a serval that escaped from the zoo.

Ren: Wh...

Victor: According to the report, it seems they found a substance inside the servals cage. Or rather, together with the feces...
It is possible that the cat consumed the substance and defecated.
This is only a matter of speculation, but I believe the invisibility is an aftereffect of it gulping down the substance.
