Madoka: (I can't believe... it's already this late...)

Sunday afternoon.
In an instant, it was already 14:00.

Madoka: (I entered the first shop at 10:30, so it's been 3 hours since then...)

Today was an unusually day off for the company, so I went to the city to go shopping. The main reason's to look for something to give in return to Aizawa-san. It's been a week since I got the assorted cookies, so I checked a lot of shops to find something good today.

Madoka: (I was worried about this and that, but in the end I got him this... I wonder if it's plain...)

What I bought was a sport towel.

A slightly narrow type, light, that has a good water absorbency. It can also be used as a scarf or a bandana.

Madoka: (But... I feel like he would use this.)

Aizawa-san seems to work harder, appreciate food and clothes more than other people. Giving him something in poor taste might be troublesome.

Madoka: (But... I hope he'll like it.
While I'm at it, I might as well look around for something for me too.)

Thinking like that, a sport towel didn't seem such a bad choice.
I finished my late lunch, while thinking such things, I somehow started walking around the shopping district.

Madoka: (I'll go take a look for a bit.)

The shop that had hats displayed on the front caught my attention. According to the current season, many straw hats were displayed prominently. When I took a look inside, there weren't only hats, but also small items normally worn for matching clothes at summer resorts.

Madoka: (This set is truly splendid. A bit expensive, though, I don't know if I dare to buy it.)

I picked up a bunch of items and tried combining them with accessories.

Madoka: (Ah!)

While looking at my upper half on the large mirror, I tried to do my hair lightly.
It was then that--

Madoka:
 Aizawa-san!

Yuutarou: Yes... Madoka-san!?

Reflected on the mirror there was Aizawa-san's figure passing by. I looked back right away.

Yuutarou:
Sorry, I didn't notice you..... What's with the get up?

Aizawa-san turned his head toward me.

Madoka: (Ah...)

His eyes fixed on me, a surprised look drawn on his face.

Madoka: Sorry... I stopped you with such a weird appearance.

Yuutarou: Weird? It's nothing like that.

He cleared his throat lightly.

Yuutarou: I think... it's totally fine.

Madoka: What?

Yuutarou: I'm not familiar with female fashion, but I think it is a good match, it suits you more than anything... You look lovely.

Madoka: Aizawa-san...

Aizawa-san smiled, looking a bit embarrassed.
While glancing at me with such a gentle expression, I was choked with embarrassment.

Madoka: Ah, Aizawa-san, which way were you going?

I asked for a change of topic while I tried to quickly remove the hat and accessories.

Yuutarou:
Hm? Aah, actually, I'm supposed to meet Subaru-kun now.

Madoka: Subaru-kun?

Yuutarou: Yes. To practice for the performance, you know.

Aizawa-san and Subaru-kun are using their private time to help the amateur theatre with their performance.

Yuutarou: Looks like a little adjustment to the script is needed, so he asked for my advice.

Madoka:
I see. And you came all the way for that?

Yuutarou: It's a bit of a difficult change, so explain it on the phone seemed impossible.

I looked at Aizawa-san's expression becoming cloudy and said:

Madoka: Uhm...
If you do not mind, can you tell me just the story?

Yuutarou: Eh-?

Aizawa-san
opened his eyes wide in astonishment.

Yuutarou: That'll help, but... are you okay with that?

Madoka: Ah, yes. Looking at Aizawa-san I wondered if I could help somehow too.

Yuutarou: Madoka-san...

Aizawa-san looked at me for a moment, then muttered:

Yuutarou:
I'd be very happy to be able to create a stage play with you. Thank you, Madoka-san.

I felt that Aizawa-san's words carried a deeper meaning than mere gratitude.
