Gast: Wow, so you and Brad watched that movie everyone's ravin' about? Was it fun?
Akira: Honestly... couldn’t figure out if it was interesting or not.
Gast: Haha, you and 'romantic movies' don’t exactly go hand in hand.
Akira: It's all just too confusing, man. I watched other movies after that, but no matter how much Will explained, I still didn’t get a thing.
Gast: Well... can't say I'm surprised.
Romantic movies, huh? I don’t watch those kinda movies often, but I might be up for it.
Akira: Gast, you curious about this too?
Gast: It's just, ya know, thought it might be good to learn about how women feel. Who knows, it could even help me get past my own hang-ups.
Akira: You sure? That stuff's way too complicated, I feel things could get awkward for you.
Gast: Not a big deal, actually. I’ve been borrowing comics from my sister, so I’m pretty familiar with all that, unlike you.
Akira: Hmmmm.
Ah, what if we watch a movie together, then? I’ve got another one I rented that I haven’t watched yet.
Gast: I'm game. That sounds way better than watching it alone.
Junior: Hey, can I join in on it as well?
Akira: Junior? You done scribbling in your notebook?
Junior: Scribbling my ass! I was working on some cover art ideas for my new song!
Gast: No problem if ya wanna tag along, but just a heads up, we're watchin' a love story. I don’t think you ever mentioned being into that?
Junior: ... That's not really the point. I don’t even pay much attention to love songs.
Gast: What's the deal then?
Junior: Just because something doesn't resonate with you, it doesn't mean you have to be picky. Imagine bein' asked to write a love song; it's gonna be hard to see it in your mind since you’re not familiar with it.
Akira: Why not just ask Faith, then? He makes music too, right?
Junior: Not happening! I can totally see him getting under my skin if I start talking about writing a love song!!
Gast: Ahahah, I can totally see that happening.
Akira: ... If Junior's gonna join us, might as well invite him too.
Junior: Him?
Akira: Take a look around; it all comes down to one person.

Gray: U- Uhm, I really appreciate you inviting me over today... It makes me really happy to be here.
Akira: Don't mention it!
Gast: We didn’t go through rookie camp together just for kicks.
Gray: I must admit I’ve never actually watched a romantic movie... and I’m not very familiar with romance comics either...
Akira: It could be tricky for you, then. I had things explained, but that didn’t help; I’m still lost.
Gray: Huh? Is the movie pretty complex...?
Akira: Alright! Did you bring along some popcorn and juice?
Junior: Yeah!
Akira: Cool, I'm starting it up! ♪

Scion: "Am I not worthy of you?"
Heroine: "Huh......"
Scion: "Can't I be the one to make you happy?"
Junior: ......... Hey.
Gast: What's up?
Junior: What’s the deal with the heroine getting all this attention now? She was a bit bland in the beginning, wasn’t she?
Gray: Ah! I- I've been thinking about that too...
I also really don't get how she wasn't bullied after she threw a punch at that rich football star... isn't he at the top of this unspoken school hierarchy...
Gast: Ya know, now that I think about it...
Akira: Hehe, you’re still not catching on, huh? She’s a hit 'cause she did something totally unexpected.
Junior: ... The hell are you talking about? That can't be right.
Akira: Trust me, that's exactly it. Right, Gast?
Gast: W- Well, I guess that’s one way to put it... Even in comics, calling a woman "weird" is often seen as a compliment.
Junior: Wait, really!? I had no idea...
Gray: Y- You might want to reconsider that...
Gast: Yeah, man, unless you're in for a barrage of bullets.

Heroine: "I'm such a fool... I knew this was going to happen...
Why did I even fall for someone like him..."
Gast: Seriously... I thought they were a thing, but now she’s been dumped...
Akira: It even began to pour down. That’s a double whammy for sure!
Gray: I- I could be wrong, but... I believe the rain is a reflection of her emotions... It's pretty straightforward for anyone watching too...
Gast: Oh, I get it. So if the rain eases up, there's a chance those two will get together?
Gray: Sure, that could happen...
Akira: Brad said pretty much the same.
Junior: Shhhh! You don't wanna miss out on the touching part—just watch quietly!
Gast: Whoops, sorry.
Akira: ? What, you gettin' teary-eyed?
Junior: For sure! Check out this BGM.... It's really moving; I can feel tears welling up just from listening to it...
Akira: What about the movie?
Junior: ...... You never quit, do you? The BGM is nice, so it automatically makes the scene good. Just zip it and listen.
Akira: Not watch?
Gray: Ahahah, that’s just so typical of him...

Akira: Maaan, it's finally over... That felt way longer than your average movie.
Gast: It was pretty interesting, and it ended on a happy note.
Junior: The BGM was awesome too. I just bought the soundtrack ♪
Gray: T- That was fast...
Akira: So how was it, Gray? Did you understand what we just watched?
Gray: Huh- Yes, I had a good time watching, but... I think the best part was enjoying it with everyone rather than the movie itself.
Gast: Haha, yeah.
Junior: Totally. It’s probably a lot more fun than watching it by yourself.
Gray: E- Exactly...!
Akira: For sure, but let’s skip the love stories.
